What you will do

• Lead and support a group of software engineering professionals, fostering a healthy leadership environment.
• Conduct regular 1:1s focused on performance, motivation, development, and well-being.
• Define clear performance expectations and evaluate contributions based on stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Scrum Masters to align people capacity with delivery goals.
• Identify skill gaps and contribute to workforce planning and organizational development.
• Support employees through change, ambiguity, and the complexities of a matrix structure.

Requirements

• Experience leading people in a software development, engineering, or technology organization.
• Practical understanding of software delivery processes and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing individual performance in a matrix or cross-functional environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working with Product, Project, and Architecture functions.
• Ability to handle feedback, performance conversations, and development planning.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Kyiv office (Hybrid).
