TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the tech hub in Helsinki

What you will do

  • Lead frontend architecture decisions for a global platform serving thousands of concurrent agents.
  • Design and build responsive, accessible, and performant interfaces using React and TypeScript.
  • Author architecture and design documents (RFCs) to align cross-functional teams on technical direction.
  • Partner with product, design, and backend engineers to ship AI-powered features that boost agent productivity.
  • Set engineering quality standards through rigorous code reviews, performance audits, and testing.
  • Mentor other engineers to raise the team's overall technical depth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional frontend engineering experience with deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
  • Strong system design skills and experience writing RFCs and defining client-server boundaries.
  • Solid testing discipline and experience with performance profiling and accessibility.
  • Practical experience integrating AI tools into the development workflow.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive solutions from high-level problems.
  • Location: Based in Helsinki

Nice to have

  • Experience with backend development in Golang.
  • Experience building or maintaining design systems or component libraries.
  • Experience shipping AI or LLM features in production.
  • Comfortability with frontend observability.
