What you will do

• Serve as the technical lead for manufacturing processes within development projects.
• Coordinate development tasks across design, work planning, measurement technology, and procurement departments.
• Ensure production-ready and cost-effective design through feasibility studies and technical approvals.
• Develop and integrate efficient production lines for both in-house and external supply chains.
• Manage the introduction of new manufacturing processes into existing workflows.
• Perform cross-departmental cost calculations and ensure documentation compliance with customer requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Production, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent Master Craftsman qualification with professional experience.
• Excellent knowledge of product and manufacturing development, specifically within the aerospace industry.
• In-depth knowledge of polymer chemistry or thermal protection.
• Proficiency in PLM systems, CAD, technical drawings, and component tolerances.
• English: Excellent written and spoken proficiency required.
• Strong facilitation and teamwork skills with an independent, goal-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of textile preform technology, fiber-reinforced composites, infusion, or sandwich structures.
• Experience with REFA or Six Sigma methodologies.
