What you will do

• Assemble and build drone prototypes based on engineering specifications.
• Integrate hardware components including sensors, motors, and avionics.
• Perform precision soldering and wiring for electronic systems.
• Operate manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines and 3D printers.
• Conduct functional performance tests and troubleshoot prototype issues.
• Collaborate with engineers to refine designs through iterative testing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building, assembling, and troubleshooting drones or model aircraft.
• Strong hands-on skills in integrating electronic and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes like machining, fabrication, and 3D printing.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Collaborative mindset for working in cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to work on-site in Gilching, Germany.

• Professional experience in harness manufacturing, soldering, and crimping.
