What you will do

• Design smooth, beautiful customer journeys across mobile and web, including onboarding and interactive UI.
• Conduct extensive user research to understand needs and drivers of user happiness.
• Own the end-to-end design process from initial idea and prototyping to final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to bring features to life.
• Utilize data and feedback to iterate and improve designs rapidly.
• Help shape and evolve the internal design system.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience designing B2C mobile and web products at scale (200K+ MAU).
• Portfolio demonstrating impeccable taste, product thinking, and a track record of creating sleek, intuitive apps.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for shipping real-world products.
• Obsession with detail and a deep commitment to user-centric design.
• English: C1 or higher preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, conversational UI, or emotionally engaging products.
• Proficiency in planning, conducting, and integrating UX research insights.
• Experience with prompt engineering.
• Experience building or scaling a design system from scratch.
