What you will do

• Evaluate, authenticate, and curate watches for auction to maintain high-quality standards.
• Proactively source new sellers, dealers, and collections within the Japanese market.
• Guide and train sellers on pricing strategies and lot presentation to maximize auction performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and high-value clients.
• Provide local market insights on trends, brands, and buyer behavior to internal teams.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written).
• Advanced in English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in the watch industry as a dealer, auction specialist, or collector.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in sales or business development.
• Deep knowledge of watch brands, models, and market dynamics.
• Must be based in Japan.
