Requirements

• Must be a Singaporean citizen or hold Singaporean Permanent Residency (PR).
• Proficiency in two or more languages (Python/Node.js and React/Angular).
• Experience leading software development teams using Agile or Lean methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of delivery approaches like TDD, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Ability to bridge product and technology by translating business needs into requirements.
• Resilience in ambiguous situations and ability to execute a technical vision.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Interest in functional programming, event-driven architecture, or platform engineering.
