What you will do

• Manage and resolve daily support tickets for Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Intune, and Defender.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for existing infrastructure and new Microsoft feature releases.
• Provide technical support to Platform Managers for migrations and configuration changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated platform support and governance.
• Identify opportunities for automation using PowerShell and process optimization.
• Monitor platform performance and ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.

Requirements

• Must be an EU citizen
• Must be based in an EU country
• Experience in administration of Microsoft 365 platforms (SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, or Defender).
• Proficiency in PowerShell for system configuration and automation.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
