TL;DR

Product Designer (AI): Leading the UX strategy and design for an enterprise-ready generative AI platform with an accent on complex B2B workflows and human-in-the-loop systems. Focus on designing intuitive chat-based campaign intake, agent-assisted enrichment flows, and scalable information architecture for brand and product assets.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam or Remote (must overlap 4 hours/day with CET)

What you will do

• Audit the current live platform to identify and resolve UX gaps.
• Design core workflows including chat-based campaign intake and agent-assisted enrichment.
• Define clean information architecture for client, brand, and asset entities.
• Produce production-ready Figma flows, components, and a lightweight design system.
• Partner with the head of product and AI developers to deliver functional, dev-ready specifications.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing complex B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
• Demonstrable experience with AI/generative or human-in-the-loop systems.
• Fluent in Figma with the ability to produce dev-ready specs independently.
• Excellent written English proficiency.
• Must be able to overlap at least 4 hours per day with CET.
• Strong systems thinking regarding permissions, configurability, and status models.

Nice to have

• Background in creative agencies, production studios, or marketing tech.
• Experience with design tools, 3D/CGI pipelines, or generative media.
• Prior contract work with Fortune 500 or enterprise clients.
