What you will do

• Prepare business presentations, financial reports, and legal documentation.
• Facilitate communication and marketing activities within the ecosystem.
• Conduct market research and data analysis for portfolio strategy development.
• Assist in founder recruitment and the onboarding process for new companies.
• Manage portfolio data and internal systems to maintain team infrastructure.
• Organize meetings and host events to foster cohesion within the ecosystem.

Requirements

• Currently studying business or tech (final stage, 200+ credits) or recently graduated.
• Professional exposure to the tech sector, startups, or consulting, such as through a previous internship.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Must be based in Helsinki, Finland.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong skills in data and documentation.
• Proactive, curious, and operational approach to tasks.
