We are looking for a System Analyst / Business System Analyst to join remote outstaff projects for our partner companies.

Level: Middle+ / Senior
Format: Remote
Engagement: Full-time / long-term cooperation
English: B2+ required
Employment: possible official employment or contract cooperation in RF / RB / EU

Responsibilities:
• collect, analyze, clarify, and formalize business and system requirements;
• translate business needs into functional and technical specifications;
• describe system behavior, business logic, user flows, integrations, and data flows;
• prepare user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, functional and system requirements;
• analyze existing systems, databases, APIs, and integration points;
• work with REST APIs, Swagger / OpenAPI, Postman;
• write SQL queries for data analysis and requirement validation;
• model processes and system interactions using UML, BPMN, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, flowcharts, or similar formats;
• decompose features and tasks for development teams;
• maintain documentation in Jira / Confluence;
• collaborate with product, business, backend, frontend, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams;
• support sprint planning, backlog refinement, QA preparation, demos, and acceptance.

Required skills:
• 3+ years as a System Analyst / Business Analyst / Business System Analyst;
• experience collecting, analyzing, documenting, and managing requirements;
• understanding of SDLC and Agile / Scrum / Kanban;
• ability to write clear functional requirements, system requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria;
• understanding of client-server and/or microservice architecture;
• API and integration analysis experience;
• REST API / Swagger / OpenAPI / Postman;
• SQL: SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, subqueries;
• UML / BPMN / sequence diagrams / activity diagrams / flowcharts;
• Jira / Confluence;
• ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• English B2+.

• payment systems, billing, reporting systems, CRM, ERP, DWH, core banking;
• data migration projects;
• Oracle / PostgreSQL / MS SQL;
• event-driven architecture;
• OAuth2 / JWT / idempotency / retries;
• functional / integration / acceptance testing;
• Miro / Draw.io / Visio / PlantUML;
• user or admin documentation;
• basic Python;
• Docker / CI/CD basics;
• AI-native workflows or AI tools in analysis;
