Focus on transitioning products from new status to high-volume manufacturing, optimizing DFM processes, and driving root cause corrective actions (RCCA).

Location: Must be local to Chachoengsao/Sir Ayutthaya, Thailand. No relocation or visa sponsorship available.

What you will do

• Support all manufacturing activities at the contract manufacturer in Chachoengsao.
• Collaborate with Supply Line Management to qualify new suppliers and new products.
• Manage the seamless transition of products from New Product status to High Volume Manufacturing.
• Establish and enforce robust, repeatable process parameters and strict process controls.
• Lead the selection, implementation, and maintenance of efficient manufacturing equipment and procedures.
• Review weekly yield reports and drive items for RCCA and closure with quality teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10-15 years of experience OR Master's degree with 5-10 years of experience.
• Professional experience in a PCBA manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with IPC standards, PTH, SMT, and ROHS processes.
• Knowledge of Aqueous cleaning processes, flux chemistry, and intermetallic bonding.
• Proven experience with reflow profiling, thermal margins, and failure analysis.
• Must be local to the position location; no visa sponsorship is provided.
