What you will do

• Maintain and update detailed sailing schedules within the Core system, coordinating with Gateway teams.
• Ensure accurate publishing and alignment of schedules and provide timely communication to stakeholders.
• Reduce mismatches between auto-sourcing outputs and actual offline schedules through diligent review.
• Support the speedy release of Shipping Orders (SOs) to correct sailings, especially during peak seasons.
• Collaborate with Gateway Planning, Product, and BCO Management teams to support schedule feasibility.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills for proactive coordination with multiple teams.
• Proficiency with digital tools.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Shanghai or Shenzhen, China
