• Develop novel algorithms and modeling techniques to advance the state-of-the-art in generative AI.
• Research and build innovative solutions using Agentic AI to transform business operations.
• Utilize hirify.global's heterogeneous speech, text, image, and structured data sources to accelerate machine learning advances.
• Collaborate with AI/ML practitioners, software engineers, and solution architects to deliver foundational AI services.
• Build products and services leveraging vision, language, and speech technology for millions of customers.

Requirements

• PhD, or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience in CS, CE, ML, or a related field.
• Proven track record of patents or publications in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, Java, or Perl.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Santa Clara, CA, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience in professional software development.
• Proven experience building machine learning models or algorithms for business applications.
• Direct experience in building Agentic Applications and training GenAI models.
