TL;DR

Senior Client Strategist (Digital Strategy): Leading client-facing strategy for complex website redesign projects in healthcare and higher education with an accent on discovery, stakeholder alignment, and user-centered digital experiences. Focus on translating business goals into actionable strategic direction and guiding clients from discovery through launch.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work there). Working hours: 8-5 CST.

What you will do

  • Lead strategic website discovery engagements and facilitate client workshops.
  • Guide clients through the full website redesign lifecycle from initial planning through launch.
  • Facilitate high-level conversations regarding brand, audience, voice, tone, and UX strategy.
  • Collaborate with designers, analysts, developers, and executive leadership to deliver digital experiences.
  • Translate stakeholder input and business goals into actionable strategic direction.
  • Support proposals and pitches to drive strategic growth with current and prospective clients.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of agency experience in website strategy, digital consulting, or UX strategy.
  • Proven experience leading complex website redesign projects.
  • Strong understanding of digital strategy, content strategy, and UX principles.
  • Must be U.S.-based and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, and GA4.
  • Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design.

  • Experience working specifically with higher education and/or healthcare organizations.
