TL;DR

Location: Remote anywhere

Salary: $50.57 per hour

What you will do

  • Develop creative strategy and direction for direct mail catalogs, national print media, and in-store events.
  • Design creative mock-ups and maintain a pipeline of new ideas for all print channels to support brand objectives.
  • Conceive and execute designs for billboards, email, and online advertising in digital environments.
  • Present creative concepts and strategy to executive leadership, including the CEO, COO, and VPs.
  • Develop and maintain a standardized style guide for all print media used by production and photography teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Retail divisions to ensure messaging remains fresh and relevant.

Requirements

  • B.A. degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience as a Designer in retail, catalog, or multi-channel environments.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) within a MAC environment.
  • Strong background in art directing photography and product preparation.
  • Demonstrated understanding of direct response and direct marketing that drives consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced publishing environment managing multiple concurrent projects.

Nice to have

  • A combination of Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) direct marketing experience.
