Middleweight Designer (Packaging)

What you will do

• Develop packaging design concepts for a leading toy manufacturer.
• Work with the Design Directorate and Senior Designers to interpret briefs, brand guidelines, and technical constraints.
• Challenge briefs and deliver both expected and unexpected creative responses.
• Collaborate with Resource Managers, Design, Client Service, Strategy, Operations, and CGI teams.
• Contribute to design reviews through art direction, feedback, and fresh creative perspectives.
• Maintain file setup, naming, and server filing procedures while supporting studio inspiration and design events.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a brand or packaging design agency.
• Strong storytelling and concept development skills.
• Understanding of the strategic, creative, and commercial aspects of brands.
• Experience or interest in art direction and close collaboration with CGI teams.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Illustration, or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, plus Keynote and sketching skills.
