What you will do

• Develop packaging designs and compelling storytelling concepts for a globally recognized toy brand.
• Collaborate with the Design Directorate and Senior Designers to interpret briefs, brand guidelines, and technical constraints.
• Manage design projects effectively, coordinating with Resource Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Provide art direction for CGI teams to ensure visual quality and execution consistency.
• Participate in internal design reviews, offering fresh perspectives and constructive feedback.
• Maintain strict studio procedures regarding file setup, naming, and server organization.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience within a Brand or Packaging Design agency.
• Strong storytelling skills and a deep understanding of the commercial aspects of branding.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Keynote.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Illustration, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Birmingham studio for hybrid work.
