What you will do

• Manage the complete data lifecycle, including ETL pipelines and data enablement.
• Design and maintain data architecture and infrastructure for storage, integrations, and analytics platforms.
• Define roadmaps and prioritize tasks by collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to deliver data initiatives.
• Conduct data profiling to analyze relationships, patterns, and trends for better data understanding.
• Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers to develop and deliver high-quality data products.
• Integrate AI into team workflows to accelerate performance and efficiency.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Data Architect with a proven track record of leading teams.
• Expertise in Data Platforms, Data Visualization, Salesforce Integration, or Advanced Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Proven experience migrating data platforms to the cloud and building them on-prem.
• Experience with operational tools such as Hubspot, Workday, Segment, or Braze.
• English: Advanced or Fluent level required
• Location: Must be based in Colombia

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
