What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers, including kickoff calls and platform walkthroughs.
• Translate complex advisory processes into streamlined hirify.global configurations.
• Facilitate professional live training sessions for diverse audience sizes and technical proficiencies.
• Develop and maintain onboarding resources, such as guides, checklists, and video walkthroughs.
• Track onboarding progress and proactively address at-risk accounts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to evolve the customer journey.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing onboarding, implementation, or training role, ideally in SaaS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining software concepts to various users.
• Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously with high organization.
• Confidence and professionalism in facilitating live video sessions.
• Availability to work during US business hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST).
• AI-forward mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance communication and workflows.
