What you will do

• Conduct detailed quality checks on all agency output, including websites, content, social media posts, and SEO deliverables.
• Develop and refine QA checklists and flow charts to ensure assets meet brand guidelines and technical specifications.
• Draft and organize feedback reports to maintain a single source of truth regarding quality standards.
• Monitor project boards daily to identify items for review and coordinate with the team to resolve bottlenecks.
• Generate weekly quality health reports for leadership to identify recurring errors and training needs.
• Handle the technical side of final approvals to ensure assets are correctly formatted before launch.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Project Management role.
• Strong expertise in Zoho or similar project management systems (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com).
• Experience working in digital marketing agencies is required.
• US experience is required.
• Ability to align with the 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST time zone.
