What you will do

• Investigate and evaluate latest LLM/MLM models for accuracy and efficiency in healthcare use cases.
• Develop data pipelines for ML training and perform domain-specific fine-tuning of LLMs.
• Productionize ML solutions for document understanding, Search, QnA, GenAI, and Virtual Agents.
• Manage the full ML lifecycle, including problem definition, feature engineering, training, validation, and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshoot AI model integrations and backend services.
• Ensure the security and compliance of healthcare data adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, ML, or a quantitative field (PhD preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of industry experience in applied AI/ML research and development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with PyTorch.
• Experience training autoregressive models (LLaMA, GPT-x, Mistral) using HuggingFace and Deepspeed.
• Experience with ML platforms such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or Databricks.
• Must be based in the US to comply with regional salary and regulatory requirements.
