What you will do

• Serve as the primary analytics partner for Demand Generation and Field Marketing leadership.
• Deliver actionable insights on campaign performance, pipeline generation, and regional effectiveness.
• Analyze marketing investment ROI across various campaigns, channels, and regions.
• Develop executive-ready reporting, including QBRs and MBRs, to inform budget allocation.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle and Measurement teams to connect engagement to revenue outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of scalable reporting frameworks and KPI definitions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing or business analytics, demand generation, or field marketing.
• Proven ability to communicate insights and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred) and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
