What you will do

• Develop and maintain internal tools and dashboards for portfolio analytics and market data.
• Integrate AI capabilities including LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic workflows into the investment process.
• Build and optimize data pipelines, ensuring clean, maintainable code and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with quant researchers to transition analytical prototypes into production-ready applications.
• Identify opportunities to reduce friction and unlock new capabilities using AI tooling.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in quantitative development, analytics engineering, or similar roles within finance.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL (relational and time-series databases).
• Hands-on experience building production UIs/dashboards for professional users.
• Practical experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and RAG workflows.
• Solid knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, including version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be based in London, UK

Nice to have

• Experience with alternative data ingestion or vendor API integrations.
• Prior experience working at a hedge fund or multi-manager platform.
• Proficiency with AWS (EC2, Terraform), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Prefect or Airflow.
