What you will do

• Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant affiliates while negotiating deals.
• Source opportunities for brand reputation and revenue growth, such as trusted product reviews.
• Create marketing assets and landing pages independently to support partner scaling.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize activity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
• Perform competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing (client-side, affiliate-side, or both).
• Proven track record of scaling and managing successful partner programs.
• Ability to build landing pages independently.
• Familiarity with affiliate/partner platforms and tools.
• Experience in defining KPIs and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
