Salary: $90,000 – $120,000

What you will do

• Provide support for hirify.global exchange platforms, including on-call response and incident triaging.
• Isolate and resolve unplanned system outages to ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with market operations, systems, networking, and development teams.
• Improve operational processes for deployments and upgrades by identifying efficiency gaps.
• Document findings to convert manual troubleshooting into repeatable and automatable actions.
• Manage nightly operational processes and enhance monitoring and alerting systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an operation support role with incident response.
• Strong proficiency in Linux administration and Bash scripting.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident tracking/ticketing systems.
• Must be based in the US (presence in specific states is preferred; other US locations will be evaluated).
