What you will do

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues in production and non-production systems.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and on-call rotations.
• Develop and improve observability systems using metrics from infrastructure and applications.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with development and QA teams to enhance service reliability and deployment processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational guides.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills (T-SQL preferred) with experience in query optimization and database management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, migrations, and partitioning.
• Proficiency in Python and scripting (Bash/PowerShell) for automation and API integrations.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and networking concepts.
• English level: B1+ required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache Airflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Ansible/IaC and CI/CD tools like GitLab or Jenkins.
