What you will do

• Optimize and deploy cutting-edge AI models on custom AI hardware accelerators.
• Investigate performance bottlenecks and tune model architectures for robustness and speed.
• Implement optimization techniques including quantization, kernel fusing, and parallelization.
• Lead a small group of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional hardware and compiler teams.
• Bridge the gap between research papers and production-ready ML deployments.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch.
• Deep understanding of ML model architectures and optimization techniques.
• Ability to lead small teams and work effectively in cross-functional environments.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology is a mandatory requirement.
• Strong debugging instincts for performance tuning and architecture optimization.
