Product Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for the Affiliate Promo Department based on business impact.
• Define the strategic direction of the department and identify key growth opportunities.
• Organize and oversee the full A/B testing process: from hypothesis generation to implementation of successful experiments.
• Optimize internal tools and workflows related to promo materials and operations to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate collaboration across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams.
• Build and maintain the product roadmap for all promo-related initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in performance marketing, promo-tech, martech, or growth.
• Proven experience in backlog management and data-driven prioritization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with high-level statistics and product dashboards.
• Hands-on experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests.
• English proficiency: Intermediate+ (B2).
• Must be located in or able to work from the offices in Kyiv, Warsaw, Limassol, or Yerevan.

Nice to have

• Background in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or adtech.
• Experience building internal admin systems or promo campaign automation tools.
• Experience conducting product research and customer development interviews.
