💰 Salary: $2,500 - $5,000 / month

🌱 Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Lead the business development of Perpetual Futures (Derivatives) in the Turkey / Japan market, developing and executing localized growth strategies;
2️⃣ Identify, acquire, and manage key local partners, including KOLs, trading teams, IBs (affiliates), communities, market makers (MM), and channel partners;
3️⃣ Drive trading volume growth through affiliate programs, rebate structures, trading competitions, and incentive campaigns to improve user activity and liquidity depth;
4️⃣ Build and manage local communities (e.g., Telegram, Twitter, Discord), enhancing user engagement and brand presence;
5️⃣ Gain deep insights into local user behavior and competitive landscape, continuously optimizing BD and growth strategies;
6️⃣ Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to localize and optimize derivatives products for the target market;
7️⃣ Represent the company in local industry events, meetups, and online AMAs to increase brand awareness and credibility;

🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ 3+ years of experience in Crypto / Exchange / Derivatives business development, with prior experience in Perpetual Futures preferred;
2️⃣ Strong understanding of Perpetuals and the derivatives trading ecosystem (KOLs, IBs / affiliates, trading communities);
3️⃣ Local resources and go-to-market experience in Turkey or Japan (core requirement ⭐️);
4️⃣ Proven track record in user growth and trading volume increase (e.g., successfully driving trading volume, organizing local campaigns or activities);
5️⃣ Excellent business development and negotiation skills, able to independently drive partnership execution;
6️⃣ Language requirements:
Turkey: Chinese + Turkish preferred
Japan: Chinese + Japanese preferred
7️⃣ Highly self-motivated and result-oriented, able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment;
💡 Nice to Have
1️⃣ Experience with exchanges (CEX/DEX) or leading projects;
2️⃣ Familiarity with affiliate (IB) systems, KOL-driven trading, or community growth mechanics;
3️⃣ Proven experience in building a regional market from scratch (0 → 1);
4️⃣ Chinese candidates currently based in Turkey or Japan will be preferred. Candidates with local resources or market experience will be considered a plus.
