What you will do

• Write clean, production-grade Python code for AI integrations and backend services.
• Design and implement scalable RAG systems and agentic AI workflows.
• Own the technical direction of client engagements from discovery through delivery.
• Support presales activities including technical proposals, scoping, and client demos.
• Lead architecture reviews and establish engineering standards across the Python practice.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and running production systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, RAG systems, and agentic workflows.
• Experience with AWS cloud services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, etc.).
• English: B2+ proficiency required for cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Streamlit or Gradio for prototyping.
• Knowledge of modern Python tooling like ruff, uv, and pyproject.
• CI/CD pipeline experience with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Go, Node.js, or Rust.
