TL;DR

Business Analyst (Retail Software): Collaborating with global retail clients to enhance in-store experiences through innovative POS solutions with an accent on system integration, technical troubleshooting, and functional requirements analysis. Focus on customizing and implementing complex software solutions, managing defect lifecycles, and ensuring high-quality project delivery within a hybrid environment.

Location: Must be based in Athens, Greece (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

  • Integrate hardware with software solutions like Probase and Vynamic Cash.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while managing defect tickets.
  • Customize and implement VCO and VSS-based retail solutions.
  • Analyze and clarify functional and technical specifications for development teams.
  • Support pre-sales activities and collaborate with the sales department.
  • Contribute to system design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis or software development (Java, C++).
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in the Greek language.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).

Nice to have

  • Experience with DN VCO, VSS, Vynamic Cash, or Probase Store.
  • Knowledge of DN Cash Management systems.
  • Italian or Spanish language skills.
