Location: Must be based at HQ in Stockholm, Sweden, with travel across the Nordic region.

What you will do

• Form and own the VC and founder ecosystem motion across the Nordics.
• Design and ship regional community concepts like hackathons, founder dinners, and workshops.
• Represent the company at flagship events, demo days, and university hubs.
• Conduct hands-on build sessions to help founders reach their first product wow moment.
• Act as the feedback loop between Nordic builders and the internal product and marketing teams.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in community, ecosystem, or founder programs at a fast-scaling tech or developer-tools company.
• Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish is a strong plus).
• Deep understanding of builder and founder psychology.
• Proven ability to execute zero-to-one initiatives independently.
• Strong public speaking and workshop facilitation skills.
• Conviction in AI as a foundational shift in software creation.
