Salary: $200,000 - $210,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of 8-10 professional IntelliJ IDEA Support Engineers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex user issues across multiple channels including email, Zendesk, and StackOverflow.
• Streamline team processes and introduce innovations to improve support efficiency.
• Maintain and refine internal Knowledge Base resources and technical documentation.
• Perform onboarding and performance management for new and existing team members.
• Coordinate project assignments and ensure timely completion of support tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• 5 years of software design experience with Java and JVM-specific tools like JMC or YourKit.
• 3 years of experience with Spring, Kotlin, SQL, PostgreSQL, and Java application servers.
• 1 year of experience with Docker, Git, IntelliJ IDEA, and Zendesk workflows.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 5-6 times per year.
