TL;DR

Technical Advisor (CRM): Supporting enterprise customers in the MEA region to optimize and operate the hirify.global platform with an accent on platform architecture, technical troubleshooting, and strategic consultation. Focus on ensuring platform stability, managing critical escalations, and aligning system configuration with business objectives.

Location: MEA Region. Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (CET)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact and owner for assigned enterprise accounts in the MEA region.
  • Manage critical incident escalations in collaboration with Support, Product, and RCD teams to ensure SLA compliance.
  • Proactively monitor system performance and health to identify and mitigate risks before they impact the customer.
  • Consult customers on platform best practices, system architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Participate in QBRs and strategic reviews, providing structured customer insights to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise technical support, professional services, or TAM/TA roles (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, SQL, and cloud infrastructure (IIS, Redis, SQL Server).
  • Proficiency with performance tuning and monitoring tools such as Grafana and Zabbix.
  • Experience managing technical relationships and stakeholders at the enterprise level.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Ability to lead technical workshops and explain complex architectural concepts clearly.

  • Experience with the hirify.global platform or similar low-code/no-code and CRM solutions.
