What you will do

• Manage the entire production pipeline for externally developed experiences, including developer selection and launch readiness.
• Build production frameworks and tracking mechanisms to guide projects from pre-green light to GTM.
• Coordinate with IP holders and internal stakeholders to ensure high standards of gameplay, visuals, and branding.
• Plan and manage Live Operations, including update schedules and major content releases.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve business KPIs.
• Conduct structured playthroughs and provide actionable feedback to 3P developers on art, design, and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in games production and project management.
• Proven experience managing the game lifecycle from greenlight through launch.
• Solid knowledge of game development fundamentals, including engineering, game design, art, and QA.
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of high-caliber team management.
• Strong English proficiency for collaboration with US-based publishing teams.
• Must be based in Hong Kong/Asia.
