What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize global PPC campaigns across multiple platforms to acquire new customers.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to inform campaign strategies.
• Manage and allocate large advertising budgets cost-effectively across various regions.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
• Implement and analyze A/B tests for ad copies and landing pages to improve performance.
• Provide forecasting and budgeting guidelines for financial reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in global PPC (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising).
• Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Must be based in Ukraine.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and visualization.
• Experience collaborating with UX, product, and analytics teams.

• Agency experience.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau reporting.
• Experience working with subscription-based business models.
