Location: On-site in Paris (5 days/week)
Salary: €40k base + up to €12k in potential bonuses

What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple European markets.
- Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent across diverse geographies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for priority and high-impact roles.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
- Use data, market insights, and hiring trends to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support scalable and efficient hiring processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth or international environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience hiring across multiple European markets.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Fluent English and French are required.

Hiring process
- Screening Call (30 mins) video-call with the Talent Team.
- Skills Interview (45 mins) video-call with the Global Head of Talent.
- Final Stage (60 mins, in-person) meeting in office with a task presentation.
