TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Specialist (SaaS): Managing end-to-end recruitment across European markets for an AI-powered beauty and wellness platform with an accent on sourcing and attracting top international talent. Focus on building scalable hiring pipelines and partnering with stakeholders to grow high-performing teams.

Location: On-site in Paris (5 days/week)

Salary: €40k base + up to €12k in potential bonuses

What you will do

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple European markets.
  • Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent across diverse geographies.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for priority and high-impact roles.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
  • Use data, market insights, and hiring trends to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support scalable and efficient hiring processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth or international environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience hiring across multiple European markets.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Fluent English and French are required.

Nice to have

  • Additional European languages such as Italian or Spanish.

Hiring process

  • Screening Call (30 mins) video-call with the Talent Team.
  • Skills Interview (45 mins) video-call with the Global Head of Talent.
  • Final Stage (60 mins, in-person) meeting in office with a task presentation.
