What you will do

• Develop and configure processes, UIs, and integration plugins using Appian.
• Produce clean, maintainable code and application configurations based on technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews, development shadowing, and agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve development processes.
• Provide L3 support for live applications to ensure system stability.
• Challenge and refine requirements to ensure optimal technical solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the Appian platform.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Solid experience with API, JMS, and Kafka integrations.
• Middle-level proficiency in database programming (e.g., MariaDB, PostgreSQL).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a technical consultant or programming role.

Nice to have

• Experience in the banking industry.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with change management and defect tracking tools.
• Experience developing software using agile methodologies.
