Requirements:
🌸 Event Management Expertise: 3+ years of experience in organizing online and offline events (corporate, training, exhibitions) to ensure high-quality execution from concept to completion;
🌸 Regional Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the event industry in Cyprus and Europe to effectively select venues and reliable contractors;
🌸 Negotiation & Communication: Strong skills in business correspondence and presentations to build productive relationships with customers and partners;
🌸 Analytical Skills: Experience in market research and competitor analysis to identify the best solutions and trends in the event space;
🌸 Budget Planning Mastery: Proven ability to plan and manage event budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and financial transparency;
🌸 Language Proficiency: English level from Upper-Intermediate to interact professionally with international teams and European vendors.

Responsibilities:
🍏 End-to-End Event Organization: Managing the full cycle of internal and external company events to maintain corporate culture and brand presence;
🍏 Contractor Management: Searching for and supervising contractors to ensure the highest quality of work at every stage of the project;
🍏 Financial Oversight: Planning event budgets and maintaining detailed reports to track ROI and departmental spending;
🍏 Concept Development: Participating in the creation of event concepts and strategic planning to deliver unique and engaging experiences;
🍏 Event Coordination: Overseeing on-site and online event execution to ensure everything runs according to the schedule and standards;
🍏 Performance Analysis: Capturing and analyzing participant feedback to define success metrics and improve future events;
