What you will do

• Partner with Product, Analytics, Marketing, Legal, and Sales to launch new real estate functionalities in the Polish market.
• Represent the consumer segment by collecting user feedback to refine platforms and internal processes.
• Lead end-to-end GTM initiatives, from building business cases to strategic planning and execution.
• Monitor global and local market trends, specifically scouting for AI use cases and proptech advancements.
• Manage project milestones and track performance reporting for vital GTM initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in GTM strategy, Product Marketing, Product Management, or Business Development in tech, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset capable of translating raw data and client feedback into robust business cases.
• Track record of driving complex initiatives from concept to successful execution.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Warsaw or Poznań, Poland.
