What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient MLOps solutions on AWS and Databricks.
• Automate ML deployment pipelines to reduce manual intervention and operational overhead.
• Collaborate with data scientists to align solutions with platform standards and best practices.
• Integrate security controls and compliance requirements throughout the ML lifecycle.
• Manage incidents end-to-end, from root cause analysis to long-term prevention.
• Enhance system observability using metrics, logging, and dashboards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an MLOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS architecture, security, and cost optimization.
• Proficiency with Databricks tools including MLflow, Workflows, and Unity Catalog.
• Expert knowledge of Terraform/Terragrunt and Kubernetes cluster optimization.
• Advanced experience in MLOps practices for continuous training and automated deployment.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMOps frameworks like Langfuse, ollama, or vLLM.
• Familiarity with Kubeflow or Argo Workflows.
• Experience with GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or FluxCD.
