What you will do

• Build and support dashboards and reports for Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Leadership.
• Analyze delivery metrics and process data to identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies.
• Work with engineering operations data, including cost allocation, capitalization support, resource allocation, and engineering capacity.
• Support regular reporting for delivery performance, engineering operations, and management reviews.
• Automate manual reports to make reporting easier, clearer, and more reliable.

Requirements

• Experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Experience in hypothesis testing and validation.
• Analytical mindset and systematic thinking.
• Good communication skills.

Nice to have

• A mathematical or technical degree from MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, or NES.
