Full-Stack Engineer (React + Go/MERN)

What you will do

• Build end-to-end product features across Go and Node.js/Express backends and React with TypeScript.
• Design backend services using domain-driven design, bounded contexts, aggregates, domain events, and clean layering.
• Develop data models, migrations, REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven workflows across PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Implement dashboards, admin workflows, status lifecycles, and audit views.
• Ensure observability and production readiness through structured logging, metrics, tracing, and robust error handling.
• Own testing and CI pipelines, while contributing to RBAC, least-privilege access, secure secrets handling, and audit trails.

Requirements

• 5+ years building production systems with Go and/or the MERN stack, plus solid React experience.
• Strong backend fundamentals including concurrency, APIs, reliability, and debugging.
• Hands-on experience with domain-driven design and maintaining clean domain boundaries.
• Strong PostgreSQL and MongoDB skills, including schema or collection design, indexing, query tuning, and migrations.
• Experience with GORM and/or Mongoose, raw SQL or aggregation pipelines, testing, and integration workflows.
• Confident daily use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or ClaudeCode with disciplined verification and secure practices is required.

Nice to have

• Event-driven patterns including outbox, retries, idempotency, and background jobs.
• RBAC or policy engines, audit logs, fintech or compliance workflows.
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and release workflow ownership.
• Experience with high-security systems such as custody, payments, or identity.
