What you will do

• Build end-to-end product features across Go and Node.js backends and React frontend.
• Utilize AI coding tools daily to accelerate development, refactoring, and test generation while ensuring code quality.
• Design backend services using DDD patterns, clean layering, and pragmatic architecture.
• Implement data models and migrations across PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and event-driven workflows.
• Ensure system correctness through structured logging, metrics, tracing, and production-ready error handling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production systems with Go and/or the MERN stack.
• Strong backend fundamentals including concurrency, API design, and reliability.
• Hands-on experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and clean architecture.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and MongoDB schema design and query tuning.
• Frontend expertise in React and TypeScript, including state management and complex admin UIs.
• Required: Confident daily use of AI coding tools with disciplined verification and secure practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with event-driven patterns like outbox, retries, and idempotency.
• Knowledge of RBAC, policy engines, and fintech compliance workflows.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD ownership.
