Full-Stack Engineer (React + Go/MERN)

What you will do

• Build end-to-end product features across Go, Node.js/Express, React, and TypeScript.
• Design backend services with DDD patterns, bounded contexts, aggregates, domain events, clean layering, and pragmatic architecture.
• Design schemas and migrations for PostgreSQL and MongoDB, using GORM, Mongoose, raw SQL, or aggregation pipelines as appropriate.
• Develop REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven workflows; implement dashboards, administrative workflows, status lifecycles, and audit views.
• Ensure production correctness through structured logging, metrics, tracing, error handling, security controls, and audit trails.
• Own unit, integration, contract, frontend tests, and CI pipelines while using AI coding tools with verification and secure practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years building production systems with Go and/or the MERN stack, plus solid React experience.
• Strong backend fundamentals including concurrency, APIs, reliability, and debugging.
• Hands-on experience with domain-driven design and maintaining clean domain boundaries.
• Strong PostgreSQL and MongoDB skills covering schema or collection design, indexing, query tuning, and migrations.
• Experience with GORM and/or Mongoose or similar ORMs/ODMs, with the ability to use raw SQL or aggregation pipelines when needed.
• React frontend proficiency, preferably with TypeScript, including state management and form-heavy administrative interfaces.
• Testing experience with Go testing, Jest or Vitest, integration tests, and frontend testing fundamentals.
• Confident daily use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or ClaudeCode, with disciplined verification and secure practices is required.
• Ownership, clear cross-team communication, pragmatic decision-making, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to iterate quickly.

Nice to have

• Event-driven patterns including outbox, retries, idempotency, and background jobs.
• RBAC or policy engines, audit logs, and fintech or compliance workflows.
• Docker and Kubernetes familiarity.
• CI/CD ownership with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI and release workflows.
• Experience with high-security systems such as custody, payments, or identity.
