What you will do

• Lead comprehensive user research using interviews, observations, and journey mapping to uncover user pain points.
• Translate research insights into high-quality user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Design both resident-facing services and expert-focused internal tools for property managers and accountants.
• Develop service blueprints and personas to strengthen the organizational understanding of user needs.
• Explore and implement AI-supported experience design, focusing on automation, recommendations, and decision-support tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer working on complex digital products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and extensive experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Proven experience designing for both web and mobile platforms, specifically for workflow-heavy environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, behavioral science, or a related field.
• Must be based in London to support a hybrid work model.
• Experience with AI-enabled product experiences and an understanding of transparency, trust, and human oversight in AI design.
