About the Role As an AI Developer, you’ll play a key role in building the backbone of our platform. You’ll design, implement, and scale modular AI agents to process data from wearable devices, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations to users. You will also contribute to creating a robust architecture that ensures system scalability and seamless integration of new features. This is a full-time, remote role with opportunities to shape a product that directly improves health and wellness for individuals worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Develop backend systems to integrate with APIs from wearable devices (e.g., Fitbit, Google Fit, etc)
• Normalize and preprocess data streams (e.g., heart rate, HRV, sleep metrics, activity data).
• Train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
• Design and implement a scalable system architecture to support multi-agent AI workflows.
• Combine outputs from multiple agents to deliver holistic, actionable recommendations.

• Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and frontend developers to align on features and deliver a seamless user experience.

What We’re Looking For Must-Have Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python (or equivalent backend language).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
• Expertise in integrating APIs (e.g., Fitbit, Google Fit, Apple HealthKit) and handling data normalization.
• Experience with NLP techniques for sentiment analysis (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, TextBlob).
• Strong understanding of modular system design and scalability best practices.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience building multi-agent systems or distributed architectures.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
