About the Role

You review crypto scam complaints and related artifacts at scale, validate or override proposed dispositions, and route matters to the appropriate downstream workflow. You examine victim narratives and evidence, identify actionable insights, and contribute to improving processes and models.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience triaging financial crime complaints or dispositioning alerts in a high volume environment
• AI fluency and experience using AI tools in triage workflows
• Complaint data literacy and the ability to read victim narratives and extract relevant details
• Crypto and blockchain literacy at a read and triage level
• Strong written communication
• US citizenship required
• NA batch shift availability (location anywhere in the US; two seats based in the Washington DC area)
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Hold the disposition call on every case in your queue and ensure the validated disposition fires downstream
• Be the human override on AI and catch model errors
• Flag patterns across clusters to surface recurring model errors
• Review crypto scam complaints and related artifacts at scale and route matters to the downstream workflow
