Location: Must be based in, or be able to relocate to, Newcastle, NSW, Australia

What you will do
- Lead customer onboarding and integration into SAP Ariba, Avetta, and other compliance-driven procurement platforms.
- Configure and optimize CRM (Salesforce) and ERP integrations supporting sales and order fulfillment workflows.
- Drive process improvements across the quoting, order management, and customer onboarding lifecycle.
- Develop technical documentation, training materials, and user enablement resources.
- Ensure data governance, compliance, and master data integrity across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, IT, and Order Fulfillment teams in a global environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales systems, CRM, or ERP environments within manufacturing, mining, rail, or heavy industry.
- Hands-on experience onboarding customers onto BOTH SAP Ariba AND Avetta platforms.
- Proven experience managing data integrity and customer master data across CRM and ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
- Full working rights in Australia required.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Newcastle, NSW.
Nice to have
- SAP Ariba certification or equivalent formal certification in digital procurement platforms.
- Postgraduate qualification in Enterprise Systems, Information Systems, or similar.
- Experience in customer-facing roles within industrial clients (rail, mining, transport).
- Experience delivering process improvements backed by reporting and measurable KPIs.
