What you will do

• Partner with the facilities team to manage all aspects of cultivation, including planting, harvesting, and caring for dried cannabis.
• Perform the trimming process for dried cannabis flowers in accordance with WMMC guidelines.
• Recommend opportunities for operational improvement to elevate facility performance.
• Clean and maintain equipment to foster a safe and healthy environment for plants and personnel.
• Execute additional duties and special projects as required by the company.
