A US-based international software development company specializing in AI-driven custom solutions for FinTech, HealthTech, and AdTech.

What you will do

• Lead requirements analysis for projects, identifying gaps and translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Develop robust, scalable solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Support testing activities and ensure timely corrections and defect resolution.
• Perform ongoing solution maintenance, including performance optimization and technical debt reduction.

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, lifecycle management, and solution design.
• Experience with Scrum / Agile development processes.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP HANA SQLScript or SAP BTP.
• Knowledge of SAP internal working models and business processes (SD / MM).
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude Code.
