What you will do

• Develop a single source of truth for Talent Acquisition data by integrating multiple inputs and systems.
• Create and audit dashboards and KPI scorecards to monitor funnel health and hiring trends.
• Identify bottlenecks in the candidate journey and analyze their business impact.
• Implement AI-enabled automation to optimize TA workflows and process improvements.
• Conduct competitor and market intelligence research on talent movement and hiring opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong SQL proficiency for extracting and transforming data from ATS, HRIS, and other platforms.
• Ability to turn ambiguous stakeholder requests into actionable data models and insights.
• Experience building recurring reporting and dashboards that support business decision-making.
• Daily hands-on AI adoption: active use of AI tools (e.g., Claude agents) and automation workflows.
• Strong communication skills to present findings in simple, business-friendly language.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams.
